Privacy Policy of Backit

This Policy is part of the User Agreement and the TERMS OF PARTICIPATION in the Backit AFFILIATE NETWORK, accepting one of which (making an acceptance of an offer), you consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy that is set out below.

The Privacy Policy applies to the personal data collected by Administration and/or its affiliate persons through the Backit website visited by any user (hereinafter as “Webmaster”, “User”, or “You”).

By registering in Backit or visiting its website, User, Webmaster and / or a website visitor expresses unconditional acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the terms of processing his/her personal data specified therein.

  1. What your data is collected by Administration

    Administration get the data by the following ways:

    1. Provided by you and the minimum required for registration in Backit:

      • ID of your Facebook profile, Vkontakte profile or Google account.
    2. Provided by you using the edit section of Backit:
      • Bank card number;
      • E-money account number;
      • Name;
      • Last name;
      • Sex;
      • Date of birth;
      • Personal photo;
      • Mobile number.
    3. Information that is automatically sent while using Backit:
      • IP address and cookie files;
      • Type of action performed on the site (click, mouseover, etc.);
      • Date and time of the action;
      • Page URL;
      • Number of page visits;
      • Information about moving through the pages of the site;
      • Duration of the user session;
      • Entry points (third-party sites from which the user  enters the Site by the link);
      • Exit points (links on the Site which the user follows to visit third-party sites);
      • Country;
      • Region;
      • Provider;
      • User Browser;
      • List of supported languages on the device
      • OS type;
      • Screen options
    4. Data received from the partner stores:
      • Information from the Partner Stores (Customers) regarding their goods and (or) services purchased by you.
    5. Data obtained by using the Browser "Backit"
      • User clicks;
      • Download pages;
      • Download items;
      • View items;
      • Form submission;
      • History of loaded pages;
      • Scrolling pages;
      • Restart Windows;
      • The timer stay on the page;
      • Contents of open cookies;
      • Page address.
    6. Additional data requested by Administration in order to fulfill obligations under the User Agreement. In particular, Administration may request a copy of your identity document, or another document containing your first name, last name, photo, as well as other additional information that will be necessary and sufficient for identification, thereby allowing to exclude abuses and violations of third-party rights.

  2. Analysis tools

    Administration uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica to study user activity.

    1. Google Analytics

      We use Google Analytics which is a web analysis tool of Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”) to continually optimize our website. Google Analytics works with cookies and creates pseudonym usage profiles that allow you to analyze your use of our website. Information stored in such cookies (for example, browser type / version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the computer, time of request to the server) is usually transmitted and stored on Google servers.

    2. Yandex.Metrica

      We use Yandex.Metrica Service available at http://api.yandex.com/metrika/ which allows various User’s services and applications to interact with the Yandex.Metrix of Yandex Service. Yandex.Metrica works with cookies and creates pseudonym usage profiles that allow you to analyze your use of our website. Information stored in such cookies (for example, browser type / version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the computer, time of request to the server) is usually transmitted and stored on Yandex servers.

  3. Purposes of personal data processing

    Administration processes your personal data in order to fulfill the User Agreement. In particular, personal data is used for the following purposes:

    • giving you access to Backit
    • Continuous improvement and higher quality of service in Backit.
    • Communicating with you by sending notifications, requests and other information regarding the work of Backit.
    • Protecting users from fraud.
    • Distribution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
    • Providing advertising and offers based on your preferences;
    • Collection, processing and presentation of statistical data, big data and other studies.
    • Cashback transfers.
    • Studying the behavior of site visitors.
    • Attracting new users.

  4. Legal basis for your personal data processing

    We process your personal data only if:

    • From You, consent was received for the processing of your personal data by any means provided for in the agreement; or
    • The processing of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the agreement, between us, the agreement; or

  5. Principles of Backit data protection

    Administration makes its service in such a way that the processing of personal data can be minimized.

    For the provision of certain services we may involve third parties.   6. Recipients and legal base for data transfer

    • Solely inside Backit.

ADMINISTRATION TAKES THE RELEVANT MEASURES TO ENSURE THAT THIS TRANSMISSION IS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT EU DATA PROTECTION RULES.

    IN PARTICULAR, ADMINISTRATION IS BASED ON STANDARD AGREEMENT CONDITIONS APPROVED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION TO ENSURE HIGH LEVEL OF SECURITY FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TRANSMITTED TO RUSSIA. A COPY OF THESE STANDARD AGREEMENT CONDITIONS CAN BE OBTAINED ON REQUEST.

  8. Storage period of your personal data

    Administration will store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the goal for which it was collected, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  9. Your rights and their exercise in respect of personal data

    You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
