This Policy is part of the User Agreement and the TERMS OF PARTICIPATION in the Backit AFFILIATE NETWORK, accepting one of which (making an acceptance of an offer), you consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy that is set out below.

  1. What your data is collected by Administration

    Administration get the data by the following ways:

      • User Browser;
      • List of supported languages on the device
      • OS type;

    4. Data received from the partner stores:
      • Information from the Partner Stores (Customers) regarding their goods and (or) services purchased by you.
    5. Data obtained by using the Browser "Backit"
      • User clicks;
      • Download pages;
      • Download items;
      • View items;
      • Form submission;
      • History of loaded pages;
      • Scrolling pages;
      • Restart Windows;

    6. Additional data requested by Administration in order to fulfill obligations under the User Agreement. In particular, Administration may request a copy of your identity document, or another document containing your first name, last name, photo, as well as other additional information that will be necessary and sufficient for identification, thereby allowing to exclude abuses and violations of third-party rights.
  2. Analysis tools

    Administration uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica to study user activity.

    1. Google Analytics

      We use Google Analytics which is a web analysis tool of Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”) to continually optimize our website. Google Analytics works with cookies and creates pseudonym usage profiles that allow you to analyze your use of our website.     Administration processes your personal data in order to fulfill the User Agreement. In particular, personal data is used for the following purposes:

    • giving you access to Backit
    • Continuous improvement and higher quality of service in Backit.
    • Communicating with you by sending notifications, requests and other information regarding the work of Backit.
    • Protecting users from fraud.
    • Distribution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
    • Providing advertising and offers based on your preferences;
    • Collection, processing and presentation of statistical data, big data and other studies.
    • Cashback transfers.
    • Studying the behavior of site visitors.
    • Attracting new users.
  4. Legal basis for your personal data processing

    IN PARTICULAR, ADMINISTRATION IS BASED ON STANDARD AGREEMENT CONDITIONS APPROVED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION TO ENSURE HIGH LEVEL OF SECURITY FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TRANSMITTED TO RUSSIA. A COPY OF THESE STANDARD AGREEMENT CONDITIONS CAN BE OBTAINED ON REQUEST.

  8. Storage period of your personal data

    Administration will store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the goal for which it was collected, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
