To help specialists review your compensation faster, please attach:

• A screenshot from your store account, where you can see the order number, status, date of registration, composition and payment details
• A photo of the received product without shipping packaging
• A screenshot/photo of the receipt

• The maximum compensation amount for one order cannot exceed 1500₽, 25$, 22€ respectively.
• Orders made in stores from point 4.20 of our service rules are not subject to compensation - https://backit.me/ru/cashback/rules
• The order must be made no more than 3 (three) months before applying for compensation.
• There is a limit on the number of compensations per month depending on the user category:

• Beginners - 1 compensation per month. These are users who do not have a single order in the statistics for the last year.
• Confident user - 3 compensations per month. These are users who have orders in the statistics for the last year and have withdrawn Cashback at least once.
• Advanced user - 10 compensations per month. These are users who have withdrawn more than $500 Cashback over the past year.

• Compensation is not accrued if there were no transitions to the store (cashback activations) on the date of the order
