If you opened a dispute on an AliExpress order, the cashback may be cancelled, according to the store's terms. For orders from other stores, the cashback will be credited to the actual amount spent.

The order/cashback amount is changed automatically based on the data that the store sends us. Here are the reasons why the order/cashback amount may change:

• you refused the order or bought it partially;
• the store initially sent incorrect information about your order, and during processing, before confirming the cashback, changed the information to the current one (current rates taking into account the categorization of goods and other conditions - on the store page);
• when buying on AliExpress, the reason for changing the order/cashback amount may be opening a dispute with the seller.

If the cashback is still credited at the wrong rate, let us know.

Cashback is rejected and confirmed automatically based on the data that the store sends us regarding your order. The reasons may be as follows:

• you placed an order with cashback, but violated the rules of the service or store (you can read about all the store's features on the store page in Backit)
• you cancelled the order
• you returned the goods
• when buying on AliExpress, the reason for cashback rejection may be opening a dispute with the seller

If the cashback was rejected for reasons other than the above, please let us know.

For all orders that were made before the end of cooperation with the store, cashback will definitely be credited, unless the conditions indicate otherwise.

One order - one cashback. The principle of the cashback service: the order appears in the statistics once, the cashback for it is also paid only once.

Initially, the store may not provide us with information about the order amount, but during the cashback processing, the amount must be recalculated. If after the processing period the amount has not changed, write to us.

Orders are displayed in your statistics for 180 days. After 180 days, orders are not deleted, but only hidden. If you are interested in information on later orders, please contact us.

The thing is that we receive all the information about orders from the store, including the number. In some cases, the number in your Backit account may differ from the number in the store. You can track such orders by the amount and date of registration.
